I’ve recently been experimenting with PEEK and TPU for some of my recent prototypes. The different material properties really impact not just strength, but also the ease of printing. I’ve been playing around with TPU too, and I found that tweaking the print speed made a huge difference in layer adhesion. Slowing it down just a bit really helped with the flexibility on my last project. Have you noticed similar changes with the PEEK prints?

I’ve found that increasing the nozzle temperature for PEEK can lead to better flow and reduce extrusion issues. It might feel like a balancing act at first, but adjusting the temp has really helped me with consistency. Have you experimented with that yet?
