“yesterday’s date. What’s the most absurd shadow workflow you’ve had” — found a user with a release macro that silently did Save As > PDF, hence the 8:42 AM Downloads fossil. We killed it by moving PDF creation to PDM’s server publish and disabling local PDF export via add-in; a login script nukes Downloads/FINAL*.pdf each morning.
